Responsibilities

  • Deliver hands-on deskside support at NYC Global HQ for hardware, software, networking, and peripherals
  • Run AV for live events, all-hands meetings, and executive briefings
  • Provide white-glove technical support to C-level executives and senior leadership
  • Manage IT hardware logistics including procurement, inventory, and device lifecycle for the Americas
  • Lead IT orientation and onboarding sessions for new hires
  • Maintain conference room AV and collaboration stacks
  • Triage and resolve incoming support tickets within SLA
  • Collaborate with global Corporate Systems teams to align on standards

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience in a corporate environment
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across macOS and Windows OS
  • Experience managing hardware logistics and asset management
  • Experience maintaining printers and office peripherals
  • Experience supporting conference room AV and platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, or MS Teams
  • Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms (Freshservice, ServiceNow, or equivalent)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for executive interaction

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience running IT onboarding and new hire orientation
  • Experience with Google Workspace
  • Experience with MDM platforms such as JAMF or Workspace ONE
  • Experience with Okta or similar identity platforms
