Corporate Systems Engineer, Collaboration Platforms

Responsibilities

• Own administration and governance of Google Workspace and Slack, including user lifecycle, security, and compliance
• Administer collaboration tools such as Monday.com and Notion
• Provide white-glove technical support to C-level executives and leadership
• Manage the Corporate Systems ticketing queue, triaging and prioritizing issues within SLA
• Build and maintain the department knowledge base, including SOPs and troubleshooting guides
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to the remote IT support team
• Support conference room AV and collaboration technology at the NYC HQ

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent hands-on experience
• 5+ years of IT support experience in a corporate environment
• Extensive knowledge of Google Workspace administration
• Extensive knowledge of Slack administration
• Strong experience troubleshooting macOS and Windows OS
• Hands-on experience managing conference room AV systems
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing platforms like Freshservice or ServiceNow

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Okta, JAMF, or Workspace ONE
• Experience with IT onboarding processes and hardware logistics
• Experience with enterprise conferencing platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, or MS Teams
