Corporate Strategy Specialist

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-relevance strategic projects, including benchmarking, diagnostics, and valuation of business alternatives such as digital transformation and infrastructure.
• Support inorganic growth projects (Pre-deal and Post-deal) by identifying strategic options, building business cases, quantifying synergies, and assisting in Due Diligence.
• Contribute to the company's strategic planning process, helping to design the equity story and align global and local strategic priorities.
• Conduct market trend analysis within the ICT sector, focusing on emerging technologies like 5G, Edge, Web 3.0, and Blockchain.
• Synthesize complex findings into executive documents and presentations for senior management.

Requirements

• University degree in a STEM field (e.g., Telecommunications or Industrial Engineering) or a degree in Business Administration/Economics.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in Strategic Consulting (Big Four or Boutique) or Investment Banking.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• High level of English (Bilingual/Advanced).
• Strong analytical capacity, attention to detail, and ability to work in multicultural, fast-paced environments.
• Based in Madrid, with availability to travel if required by specific projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree, postgraduate studies, or an MBA.
• Knowledge of the TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) industry.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
• Knowledge of additional languages such as Portuguese or German.
