About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain integrated organizational performance and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and policies.
- Facilitate the development and execution of country strategy implementation plans, incorporating risk analysis and mitigation across all departments.
- Develop and harmonize Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to gauge organizational progress and resilience.
- Lead due diligence and risk assessments for potential donors, partners, and consortiums to safeguard organizational reputation and compliance.
- Provide high-level strategic insights and trend analyses to the Executive Leadership Team to support decision-making and crisis management.
- Manage internal risks and incidents within the scope of corporate strategy, ensuring compliance with anti-fraud and safeguarding standards.
- Build organizational capacity to utilize performance data and risk trends for informed decision-making.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of progressive experience in strategic planning, performance management (KPIs/OKRs), and business analysis.
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business Administration, Economics, International Development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to derive actionable strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and functional understanding of data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience in creating interactive dashboards using data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex risks for various stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a non-profit or NGO environment, specifically within development programs.
- Specialized training in Strategic Planning (e.g., Balanced Scorecard) or Project Management.
- Formal certification in Enterprise Risk Management (e.g., ISO 31000, CRMP) or Incident Management.
- Experience coordinating business continuity plans or crisis response protocols.
