Corporate Strategy and Planning Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead market analysis for new product incubation and M&A strategy
• Develop investment evaluation frameworks to guide portfolio decisions
• Drive long-range planning efforts (Horizon 2 and 3) to ensure sustainable growth
• Evaluate strategic threats and market opportunities through scenario analysis
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities
• Architect organizational design and internal operating models
• Lead bespoke special projects and high-priority non-BAU analyses
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Finance, and GTM teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in corporate, product, or GTM strategy
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company with PLG and SLG motions or strategy consulting
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and GTM motions
• Proven track record of leading complex strategic initiatives from conception to execution
• Strong analytical and cross-functional leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field

• Experience navigating complex M&A or strategic partnership evaluations
