Corporate Strategy Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and competitor data analysis to support the definition of priorities and key business issues
• Build dashboards to track performance, derive insights, and communicate recommendations via presentations to stakeholders
• Create business cases for strategic initiatives to be pursued across Agoda
• Support the articulation of country, department, and overall company strategy
• Lead independent workstreams for ad-hoc projects
• Support Directors and Associate Directors in creating materials for the Board and Management team
• Build SQL queries to gather data from multiple databases or collaborate with the analytics team to obtain required information

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis from top-tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a strategy role within a fast-growing global tech company
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from a top university in a quantitative subject (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, or Science)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of SQL or Tableau (or a strong willingness to learn)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to think strategically, learn quickly, and understand complex business dynamics
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the key levers within the Online Travel Agency (OTA) industry
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
