Corporate Security Partner II

Responsibilities

• Conduct vehicle and foot patrols of facilities to ensure safety and security
• Respond to security incidents, suspicious activity, and activated alarms
• Monitor electronic surveillance (CCTV) and access control systems
• Staff the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) to field calls and dispatch resources
• Utilize case management systems to complete detailed incident reports
• Partner with local law enforcement and participate in crisis management efforts
• Administer first aid as a member of the medical response team during emergencies
• Assist with security drills, exercises, and special event assignments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer-focused work experience in a collaborative team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work designated shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's Degree with coursework in security, law enforcement, or a related field
• Experience in corporate security, military, fire, EMS, or law enforcement
• Proficiency with industry-standard security equipment, including CCTV, access control, and dispatch software
