Corporate Security Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Operationalize the London office physical security program, including access control, visitor management, and incident response
• Manage security vendors and contract guard forces, including performance, KPIs, and SLAs
• Partner with Workplace, HR, IT, Legal, and EHS to implement employee-friendly security controls
• Lead local incident response, documentation, and after-action reviews
• Support security planning for in-office events, leadership visits, and business travel
• Drive emergency preparedness, including evacuation processes and tabletop exercises

Requirements

• 8+ years in corporate security, protective services, law enforcement, or military
• Experience running office-based physical security in a modern corporate environment
• Proven ability to manage vendors and guard force operations
• Strong incident leadership skills and calm judgment under pressure
• Excellent stakeholder management and discretion
• Business-level English fluency
