About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for security-related matters
- Manage access control, including assigning/removing access and preventing unauthorized entry
- Handle badge issuance, administration, and inventory
- Monitor alarms and respond to incidents
- Escort visitors and vendors
- Protect assets and prevent loss or waste
- Manage keys and perform regular patrols
- Monitor CCTV systems
- Report and respond to accidents, H&S matters, and emergencies
- Support the reception team and assist at functions/events
- Maintain accurate logs, reports, and administrative entries
Requirements
- PSA Licence
- Proficiency in English
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Good PC skills
- Flexibility with working hours
- Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous security experience
- Knowledge of Lenel, RightCrowd, or fire control systems
