Corporate Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor corporate security tasks and security area control at the Wunstorf site
• Administer, store, and track the distribution of documents, data carriers, and devices
• Maintain and update required documentation and correspondence within various IT systems
• Coordinate and monitor deadlines set by regulatory authorities
• Collaborate with security authorities and IT security teams
• Act as a point of contact for internal departments and projects regarding site security

Requirements

• Completed training in administration, logistics, or a comparable field
• Previous experience in site or corporate security is preferred
• Proven experience in documentation, administration, and record-keeping
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite applications
• A structured, meticulous, and highly organized working style
• Fluency in both German and English
