Corporate Security Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day physical security operations for the San Francisco office, including the management of security systems and vendor relationships.
• Support the development and implementation of global security policies, procedures, and mitigation strategies for international offices.
• Manage and optimize advanced security technologies such as access control, surveillance, video management, and intrusion detection systems.
• Develop, revise, and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training programs for security personnel and broader teams.
• Establish and maintain strong partnerships with local law enforcement, peer security organizations, and external stakeholders.
• Provide security support for local events and collaborate with the resilience team on GSOC-related policies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in corporate or vendor security.
• 5+ years of experience in law enforcement or military environments.
• A degree in English, English writing, or communication.
• Proven expertise in managing third-party security vendors and contracted services.
• Strong skills in SOP development and technical security system management.
• Ability to work onsite in San Francisco 4–5 days per week.
