Corporate Security & Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Own Giga’s physical security program end to end across the Houston HQ and field sites
• Administer physical access to facilities based on least privilege
• Run visitor management, including authorization and escorting
• Maintain physical monitoring and surveillance mechanisms
• Conduct periodic reviews of physical access and implement changes
• Oversee secure storage and handling of sensitive media and equipment
• Own and maintain physical security policies and procedures
• Plan and execute regular site visits and physical security assessments
• Assess and monitor external physical security threats and coordinate mitigation
• Develop site security plans and incident response procedures
• Collect and maintain audit evidence for GRC platforms for SOC 2 and ISO audits
• Manage physical security vendors and contractors
• Respond to, investigate, and document physical security incidents

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in physical/corporate security or security operations
• Experience with GRC platforms (Drata, Vanta, OneTrust, or similar)
• Working knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance frameworks
• Practical background in badge/access systems, surveillance, and visitor management
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
• Based in or willing to relocate to Houston with ~30% travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Direct experience supporting a SOC 2 Type II audit
• Hands-on experience administering Drata
• Industry certifications such as ASIS PSP/CPP, Security+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
• Experience securing industrial, energy, or data center sites
• Familiarity with NIST or ISO 27701 frameworks
• Experience managing guard services or physical security vendors
