About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts and key prospects to achieve room night and revenue targets
  • Conduct a minimum of 8 appointments per week and maintain high daily call volumes for existing and new business
  • Identify new business opportunities within the sales territory and develop strategic action plans
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies
  • Organize and host monthly corporate hospitality events and familiarization visits
  • Manage the RFP process, including rate collation, contract issuance, and rate loading
  • Maintain accurate records and update Delphi in accordance with company standards
  • Prepare and deliver professional presentations, tenders, and weekly/monthly sales reports

Requirements

  • Proven experience in corporate account management and hitting sales targets
  • Proficiency with Delphi or similar sales CRM software
  • Strong experience managing RFPs and contract administration
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to conduct high-volume sales calls and research
  • Strong analytical skills for competitor monitoring and reporting
