About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts and key prospects to achieve room night and revenue targets
- Conduct a minimum of 8 appointments per week and maintain high daily call volumes for existing and new business
- Identify new business opportunities within the sales territory and develop strategic action plans
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform sales strategies
- Organize and host monthly corporate hospitality events and familiarization visits
- Manage the RFP process, including rate collation, contract issuance, and rate loading
- Maintain accurate records and update Delphi in accordance with company standards
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations, tenders, and weekly/monthly sales reports
Requirements
- Proven experience in corporate account management and hitting sales targets
- Proficiency with Delphi or similar sales CRM software
- Strong experience managing RFPs and contract administration
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to conduct high-volume sales calls and research
- Strong analytical skills for competitor monitoring and reporting
