Responsibilities
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through to procurement and rollout
- Prospect and develop a rolling pipeline of high-value corporate farming accounts
- Manage and expand strategic accounts by identifying new value levers across divisions
- Build influential relationships with board members and operational leaders
- Partner with product and support teams to align innovation with customer needs
- Provide accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts
- Contribute to sales playbook development and process optimization
Requirements
- Proven experience in enterprise or large corporate sales
- Experience managing long, complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Deep understanding of large-scale farming systems or the agriculture industry
- Ability to influence at the board level
- Strong ownership and ability to thrive in high-pressure, autonomous environments
- Experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline management
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling AgTech or related industrial systems
- Established network within the New Zealand agricultural sector
