Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end sales process for large, multi-dimensional farming businesses
• Prospect and network to drive pipeline growth through events, cold calls, and nurture emails
• Create and execute account strategies, including stakeholder engagement plans and meeting cadences
• Collaborate with existing clients to drive expansion opportunities and technology rollouts
• Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and support teams
• Provide monthly and quarterly revenue forecasting
• Optimize account management strategies to improve efficiency and predictability

Requirements

• Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex sales cycles
• Proven track record as a sales hunter with the ability to create urgency
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally
• Deep passion for helping farmers succeed
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and autonomous environment
• Experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector is a strong bonus

• Existing strong networks within the agricultural or corporate farming sector
• Ability to navigate complex corporate layers and communicate effectively with both board members and operations managers
