Corporate Sales Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships with corporate and government clients to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through client visits, virtual meetings, cold calls, and networking
• Collaborate with internal academic and operations teams to design tailored training solutions and proposals
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline in the CRM, including leads, opportunities, and revenue tracking
• Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, ensuring accurate pricing and margins
• Coordinate invoicing and ensure timely payment collection
• Monitor individual sales performance against targets

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
• Experience in training, education, HR services, consulting, or professional services
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM/ERP systems
• Excellent English communication skills; Arabic is highly preferred
• Must currently reside in the UAE
