Corporate Sales Advisor

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential corporate clients to acquire new portfolios
• Promote comprehensive employee benefits solutions, including medical, life, and pension insurance
• Prepare and present tailored insurance proposals and quotations to corporate clients
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team goals
• Negotiate new sales contracts and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Coordinate with insurance operations teams to ensure timely policy issuance
• Address client objections effectively and provide customized solutions
• Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling opportunities
• Prepare and submit regular performance activity reports to the Corporate Sales Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Insurance, Finance, or a related field
• 3–4 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Financial Services
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a corporate environment
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting and closing accounts

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in employee benefits, medical insurance, life insurance, or corporate insurance solutions
• Experience in the banking or insurance sectors
