About the role
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across all open roles, from initial job brief through to signed offers
- Manage a high volume of 15–25 active requisitions simultaneously across Retail, Engineering, Sales, and Business Operations
- Proactively source and build candidate pipelines using AI-assisted tools and automated outreach
- Partner with hiring managers to define roles, build scorecards, and implement structured interview processes
- Build and own recruiting infrastructure from scratch, including kickoff templates and scorecard frameworks
- Maintain ATS data accuracy and track key metrics such as time-to-fill and pipeline health to drive decision-making
Requirements
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in-house
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of requisitions (15–25+) without sacrificing quality
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions, including technical, retail, sales, or operations
- Strong data instincts and experience using metrics to guide prioritization and reporting
- Experience building recruiting processes and infrastructure from the ground up
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Rippling experience is a plus)
- Ability to work on-site at our Denver HQ five days a week
Preferred Qualifications
- AI-native workflow approach, utilizing tools like Claude or ChatGPT to automate administrative tasks and outreach
- Experience operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a bias toward action
