About the role
Responsibilities
- Support regional sites with continuous improvement of CBM programs including vibration, oil, ultrasound, and thermography
- Analyze predictive data to provide data-driven repair and risk-based maintenance recommendations
- Audit compliance with corporate reliability standards, OEM requirements, and MOC-approved modifications
- Train, mentor, and develop site CBM Technicians and maintenance personnel
- Coordinate contractor and vendor activities related to predictive technologies
- Travel to sites monthly to perform spot checks and collaborate with maintenance teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 4-7 years of experience in maintenance and reliability within heavy industrial or continuous manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated experience with CBM technologies including vibration and oil analysis
- Experience with RCA and FMEA
- ISO-certified Vibration Analyst Category II
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
- Machinery Lubrication Technician or Analyst (MLT/MLA Level I or higher)
- Ultrasound Level I certification
- Thermography certification
