About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support regional sites with continuous improvement of CBM programs including vibration, oil, ultrasound, and thermography
  • Analyze predictive data to provide data-driven repair and risk-based maintenance recommendations
  • Audit compliance with corporate reliability standards, OEM requirements, and MOC-approved modifications
  • Train, mentor, and develop site CBM Technicians and maintenance personnel
  • Coordinate contractor and vendor activities related to predictive technologies
  • Travel to sites monthly to perform spot checks and collaborate with maintenance teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-7 years of experience in maintenance and reliability within heavy industrial or continuous manufacturing environments
  • Demonstrated experience with CBM technologies including vibration and oil analysis
  • Experience with RCA and FMEA
  • ISO-certified Vibration Analyst Category II

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
  • Machinery Lubrication Technician or Analyst (MLT/MLA Level I or higher)
  • Ultrasound Level I certification
  • Thermography certification
