Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new corporate partners for various hiring models including Train & Hire and Contract Staffing.
• Develop long-term relationships with HR Heads, TA Managers, and Business Leaders.
• Screen, shortlist, and share relevant candidate profiles based on client needs.
• Coordinate end-to-end interview processes and collect feedback.
• Conduct employability training including mock interviews, resume-building, and professional etiquette.
• Lead the planning and execution of campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and recruiter conclaves.
• Maintain MIS reports on placement statistics and company engagement.
• Represent the institution at HR summits and industry expos.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in Training & Placement, Corporate Relations, or Talent Acquisition.
• Strong skills in client acquisition and relationship management.
• Expertise in talent acquisition for both IT and Non-IT sectors.
• Proficiency in CRM and placement tools such as Excel, Zoho, or ATS.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in event management for campus drives and job fairs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience working within EdTech or Higher Education institutions.
• An existing strong professional network across various industries.
