About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle recruiting including presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, and closing
- Partner with senior leadership to identify staffing needs and strategies
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to source qualified leaders
- Leverage online recruiting resources and in-house referrals to identify top candidates
- Foster relationships with colleges, technical schools, and professional organizations
- Research new recruiting sources and social media to find passive candidates
- Review resumes and prescreen candidates for skills and experience
- Manage all communication with corporate and executive candidates
- Prepare candidates for interviews by providing company and role details
- Extend employment offers within company compensation guidelines
- Develop talent pipelines for succession planning
- Participate in college recruiting and job fairs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- 3-5 years of full cycle recruiting experience
- Ability to recruit for a broad range of positions on a national level
- Strong relationship management and consultation skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
- Strong initiative and solid judgment
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel as required
