About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract qualified geotechnical engineers, geologists, technicians, and admin through various channels
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and communicate with potential candidates
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements
- Coordinate and schedule screening calls, interviews, follow-ups, and feedback sessions
- Ensure compliance with hiring policies, industry regulations, and employment laws
- Represent the company at industry events and career fairs
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in a similar position
- Sourcing experience and heavy phone use/customer service experience preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
- Ability to maintain confidential information
