About the role

Responsibilities

  • Identify and attract qualified geotechnical engineers, geologists, technicians, and admin through various channels
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage and communicate with potential candidates
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct initial screenings and assessments to ensure candidates meet job requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule screening calls, interviews, follow-ups, and feedback sessions
  • Ensure compliance with hiring policies, industry regulations, and employment laws
  • Represent the company at industry events and career fairs

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Sourcing experience and heavy phone use/customer service experience preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in an organized manner
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
