About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as a main point of contact for guests via phone and in-person
- Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
- Clear visitors through the tenant portal and greet guests professionally
- Coordinate meeting room calendars and assist with catering and resource setup
- Troubleshoot minor A/V and phone issues
- Maintain a clean office environment and manage mail/package coordination
- Process expenses through Concur
- Perform basic administrative tasks in Salesforce
- Assist the Office Manager with event planning and new hire/leaver tasks
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a corporate receptionist
- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work overtime as necessary
- Strong comfort level with technology
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of Salesforce
- Knowledge of Concur
