About the role

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a main point of contact for guests via phone and in-person
  • Manage multi-line phone systems and direct calls appropriately
  • Clear visitors through the tenant portal and greet guests professionally
  • Coordinate meeting room calendars and assist with catering and resource setup
  • Troubleshoot minor A/V and phone issues
  • Maintain a clean office environment and manage mail/package coordination
  • Process expenses through Concur
  • Perform basic administrative tasks in Salesforce
  • Assist the Office Manager with event planning and new hire/leaver tasks

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience as a corporate receptionist
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary
  • Strong comfort level with technology

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Salesforce
  • Knowledge of Concur
