Corporate Pricing Manager

Responsibilities

• Implement pricing strategies and data management tools to optimize operational effectiveness, market competitiveness, and risk compliance.
• Support the management of pricing initiatives and promote the standardized use of pricing tools and cost volume applications.
• Establish and deliver communication and training products to ensure governance of pricing methodologies.
• Collaborate with Finance and the Growth Office to analyze data and provide insights into estimated revenue and gross margin.
• Support the adoption of methodologies to track and evaluate actual margins compared to initial bids.
• Drive effective use of CRM and other sales tools to inform decision-making and enforce data governance standards.
• Oversee the development and management of standardized sales KPIs and reporting formats across various practices and geographies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Data Analytics.
• Proven experience in a similar role within a professional services or consulting firm.
• Expertise in using business intelligence tools and data visualization platforms.
• Ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of AI tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Experience working within a large, matrixed organization.
