Corporate Planning Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage company-wide OKR planning cycles and facilitate alignment sessions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and mid-level management stakeholders.
• Own and maintain OKR tools within Jira, including building self-service tracking tools.
• Design and implement automation workflows to reduce manual work and improve data collection.
• Develop real-time dashboards for department-level tracking and executive reporting.
• Identify process gaps and lead change management initiatives across the organization.
• Support internal teams through training, onboarding, and maintaining tool documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, project management, or related fields, preferably in tech or data-driven industries.
• Strong practical experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on Jira Administration skills.
• Familiarity with OKR frameworks or other structured goal-setting methodologies.
• Experience working in high-scale environments (1,000+ employees).
• Strong stakeholder management and change leadership capabilities.
• Ability to design and improve complex business processes and workflows.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AI tool integration.
• Background or experience within the iGaming or betting industry.
