About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support core planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, capital ranking, and long-range planning
  • Conduct consistent economic analysis for Investment Memorandums (IM) following company standards
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to track and report on IM performance
  • Contribute to the development of KPIs and management reporting
  • Prepare impactful presentations for the leadership team and stakeholders
  • Enhance and continuously improve planning tools, processes, and reporting capabilities
  • Support ad hoc analysis and strategic initiatives as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a financial discipline such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil and gas industry
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with economic evaluation systems such as PEEP, Val Nav, or Power BI
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
