Corporate Partnerships Associate

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new corporate partnership opportunities throughout Southwest Florida to drive revenue
• Coordinate and execute partnership fulfillment and activation for all Spring Training partners
• Maintain a database for partnership assets, including in-venue signage, print, promotions, and hospitality
• Assist in building sales proposals and preparing sales contracts for prospects
• Develop and maintain relationships with VIP guests, Corporate Partners, and internal departments
• Execute pre-game VIP tours and escort partners around the ballpark
• Manage in-game giveaways and handle digital ticketing orders for partners
• Create comprehensive end-of-season partner recaps

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills and a commitment to high standards
• Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Experience working in frequently changing work environments
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook preferred)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Canva
• Experience with ProVenue or other ticket-based systems
• Eligibility for college credit (if required for graduation)
