Corporate Paralegal/Risk Analyst

Responsibilities

• Maintain and file corporate records including resolutions, board changes, and minutes
• Manage insurance, payment, and performance bond requirements
• Develop and monitor compliance with risk transfer and mitigation strategies
• Handle intake of claims and incidents including contract and insurance policy review
• Coordinate board and committee signatures for documents
• Create documents for new corporate entity formations
• Produce documents for corporate policies and templates
• Provide contract support for design, construction, and standard corporate agreements
• Support the management of the contract review process and archiving

Requirements

• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience, preferably in engineering and construction
• Ability to analyze financial data, insurance policies, and contract documents
• Experience managing engineering and construction disputes and litigation

Preferred Qualifications

• Paralegal certification
• Strong research and report-generating skills
• Experience using legal database software
