Corporate Operations Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead driver acquisition and onboarding processes to maintain a healthy and efficient supply of delivery partners.
• Drive community engagement, training, and retention initiatives to build trust and loyalty among drivers in Thailand.
• Provide strategic oversight and leadership for the Offline Presence function, managing day-to-day operations through an Assistant Manager.
• Execute driver engagement initiatives, such as vehicle sticker adoption, to increase brand visibility.
• Oversee offline driver outreach, sticker inventory management, and installation activities.
• Monitor team performance and KPIs to continuously improve operational efficiency and impact.
• Support the Driver Operations Manager in identifying process improvements and operational enhancements.

Requirements

• University degree holder.
• At least 5 years of operational or leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing a team with at least 3 direct reports.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and a structured mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in logistics or e-commerce fulfillment.
• Experience leading multiple functions or verticals.
• Experience working closely with regional or headquarters teams.
