Corporate Operations Compliance Manager

Responsibilities

• Support General Counsel within a broad range of legal and compliance activities
• Interface with departments to ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory requirements
• Manage corporate ESG requirements and prevailing wage documentation
• Provide contract compliance reports and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
• Draft procedures, training, and supporting documents for organizational compliance
• Support operating departments regarding NERC, environmental, and OSHA compliance
• Track company actions and reporting to ensure compliance with the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)
• Support payroll and operations to ensure prevailing wage standards are met
• Perform compliance reviews of contracts, subcontracts, and supply agreements for Terms and Conditions

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience reviewing regulations, contracts, or corporate governance documents
• Experience with prevailing wage and/or Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)
• Ability to work at a computer workstation for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
