Corporate Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency care and administer personalized treatments and care
• Orient employees toward appropriate sanitary or social services
• Organize vaccination campaigns and health promotion initiatives
• Prevent risks related to workstations and job roles
• Implement rehabilitation measures in collaboration with the occupational physician and occupational safety department
• Provide emotional support and guidance for individual employee issues
• Maintain contact and support for employees absent due to illness or accident

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Specialized training in Occupational Health
• Over 7 years of professional experience
• Proficiency in emergency care and decisive decision-making capabilities
• Strong knowledge of the Geneva socio-sanitary network
• Proficiency in standard office tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and ability to work both autonomously and in a team
