Corporate Lending Product Controller

Responsibilities

• Manage P&L, balance sheet reporting, and reconciliations for the Corporate Lending segment
• Deliver financial analysis and reporting to the Business Unit, Senior Management, and finance counterparts
• Ensure adherence to accounting principles, regulatory guidelines, and risk/control standards
• Identify opportunities for process enhancements using digital tools like Alteryx and Tableau
• Partner with Risk Management, Technology, Operations, and Legal Entity Controllers on reporting and audits
• Execute weekly, monthly, and quarterly commentary on financial results
• Perform monthly Revenue, Expense, and Balance Sheet reviews to ensure accuracy in regulatory reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 4+ years of relevant experience in finance or product control
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong analytical and technical skills
• Basic understanding of Capital Markets
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in loan or syndication products
• Knowledge of Alteryx or Tableau for data automation and visualization
