Corporate Legal Intern

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the Contract Lifecycle Management tool to ensure all contracts are accessible and up to date
• Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts across various business functions
• Work with legal and business teams to ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
• Act as a business partner between the Legal department and other business units to foster effective communication
• Identify opportunities to streamline legal processes and enhance efficiency through creative solutions
• Analyze laws, regulations, and industry trends to provide insights that mitigate legal risks
• Maintain accurate and organized legal documentation
• Provide general legal support, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports

Requirements

• Advanced student pursuing a degree in Law, International Relations, or Economics
• Projected graduation date of 2028 or later
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and proactivity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Availability to work onsite in Monterrey (Punto Valle)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with DocuSign is highly desirable
