About the role
Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance requirements including corporate forms, filings, and business licensing
- Draft corporate resolutions, organize board meetings, and maintain corporate records
- Monitor and advise on changes in regulatory requirements and corporate governance standards
- Support business on FOIA requests and federal agency records
- Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with a focus on government and public sector contracts
- Support RFPs/RFQs and pre-qualifications
- Develop and maintain standard contracting templates and legal guardrails
- Support claims and dispute management including debt recovery and litigation
- Handle subpoena responses and depositions
Requirements
- Qualified Attorney with current Bar admission in good standing
- 5-7 years of law firm and in-house experience in U.S. corporate law
- Deep familiarity with public sector procurement, FOIA requests, and FedRAMP compliance
- Strong knowledge of intellectual property rights, commercial law, and legal research
- Experience with litigation and dispute resolution
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly across different time zones
