Corporate Legal Counsel

Responsibilities

• Review contracts and provide legal support to U.S. business units
• Conduct legal research using LexisNexis and AI tools
• Coordinate with Corporate Secretary Office for U.S. legal entity organizational works
• Monitor developments in Biotechnology, Life Science, and Employment law for compliance
• Manage litigation cases and assist with internal investigations
• Coordinate with HR and outside counsel on immigration and visa matters

Requirements

• Law degree (J.D.)
• 5-10 years of legal experience as a Licensed Lawyer
• Experience in a law firm or in-house legal team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong English verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills
