Corporate Lawyer (Apprenticeship)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of approximately 40 French Group companies, including account approvals, changes in representatives, headquarters transfers, and capital adjustments
• Prepare general meetings and boards of directors, draft related documents, and follow up on legal formalities
• Manage and monitor files related to DRIEA/DREAL competence, including authorization, license, and certificate requests
• Ensure regulatory compliance for transport/freight forwarding and monitor legal updates
• Maintain and manage the Group's legal database, including subsidiary information, mandates, and legal documentation
• Provide occasional support to various Group departments on diverse legal subjects

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master 2, DJCE, or CRFPA program with a specialization in corporate or business law
• Previous internship experience in a law firm or a corporate legal department, ideally in corporate law
• Operational proficiency in English, particularly for reading and writing professional documents
• Strong proficiency in IT tools
• Highly organized, rigorous, and possessing strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
