About the role
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including service agreements, licensing, consultancy, NDAs, and MOUs
- Coordinate and manage M&A transactions and joint ventures throughout their lifecycle
- Assist with due diligence, transaction structuring, and drafting share/asset purchase agreements
- Provide expert advice on corporate restructuring and regulatory compliance
- Conduct legal research on rental laws, corporate governance, and labor laws
- Communicate and negotiate with regulators, tenants, and partners
- Support company secretarial functions including Powers of Attorney and resolutions
Requirements
- LLB in Law
- Minimum 6 years of experience at a leading private practice law firm in a corporate department
- Solid training in M&A, joint ventures, and commercial contracts
- Proficiency in Arabic and English (reading and writing)
- Excellent knowledge of corporate law and procedures
- Strong communication and influencing skills
