Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support to users on macOS and Windows environments
• Diagnose and resolve incidents involving peripherals, networks, and SaaS apps
• Administer user access rights, configure MFA, and manage security groups in Azure AD / Entra ID
• Manage the employee access lifecycle through onboarding and offboarding processes
• Administer MDM solutions including Microsoft Intune and Mosyle
• Develop PowerShell, Bash, or Python scripts to automate recurring IT processes
• Document processes and contribute to the IT knowledge base

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or holding a Bac+2/Bac+3 degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• For apprenticeship: Pursuing a Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Systems & Networks, Cybersecurity, or IT Administration
• Ability to provide an internship or apprenticeship agreement
• Solid knowledge of macOS and Windows installation and troubleshooting
• Understanding of ITSM practices and ticket management
• Professional English proficiency for international team exchanges

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Okta, SAML, OIDC, or SCIM
• Knowledge of automation tools like Okta Workflows or Power Automate
• Familiarity with EDR tools such as CrowdStrike
