Corporate IT Intern/Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for macOS and Windows environments
• Manage user access rights, MFA, and security groups in Azure AD / Entra ID
• Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists and workstation provisioning
• Administer MDM solutions including Microsoft Intune and Mosyle
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Bash, or Python
• Document processes and contribute to the IT knowledge base

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bac+2/Bac+3 or Bac+3 to Bac+5 degree in Computer Science, Networks, or IT Administration
• Ability to provide an internship or apprenticeship agreement
• Solid knowledge of macOS and Windows installation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ITSM practices and ticket management
• Analytical thinking and methodical approach to incident diagnosis
• Professional English proficiency for international collaboration
