Responsibilities

• Own the employee IT lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, devices, and access
• Administer core SaaS and identity stack including SSO, MDM, and directory services
• Act as the first line of internal support and develop self-service documentation
• Partner with Engineering and Security to maintain reliable and compliant endpoints and networks
• Script and automate manual tasks such as provisioning and reporting

Requirements

• Experience in IT, systems administration, or IT engineering within a fast-growing company
• Fluency with identity and device management tools like Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf, or Intune
• Proficiency in scripting with Python, Bash, or similar languages
• Security-conscious mindset with strong attention to detail
• Service orientation combined with engineering instincts
