Corporate IT and Business Applications Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the internal Business Applications team and partner with functional areas, engineering teams, project managers, and external consultants
• Own strategy, roadmap, and operations for SAP S/4HANA and other corporate business applications
• Establish governance for enterprise applications, architecture standards, and AI/Vibe-coded business solutions
• Oversee Corporate IT including network infrastructure, workplace technologies, service desk, and asset management
• Drive service management excellence through incident management, SLAs, automation, and continuous improvement
• Manage software licensing, technology budgets, maintenance costs, and vendor relationships
• Lead Technology Project Management, defining priorities, governance, and portfolio delivery
• Build relationships with business leaders and technology teams to support digital transformation

Requirements

• Experience leading digital transformation, automation, and AI adoption initiatives
• Broad experience across Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure & Cloud, IT Operations, Service Management, and IT Governance
• Experience leading multidisciplinary IT teams in complex enterprise environments
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS applications and corporate technology platforms
• Experience managing technology vendors, consulting partners, and outsourcing contracts
• Strong budget management and strategic planning skills
• Advanced English
