Corporate Internal Auditor

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audit assignments across the cargo-partner group
• Execute full audit cycles, including risk management and control management, to evaluate operational effectiveness and financial reliability
• Develop audit programs to assess internal risks and controls, ensuring thorough documentation of findings
• Conduct data analysis to identify useful information and support investigations
• Evaluate internal controls to provide assurance against mismanagement, resource misuse, or fraud
• Collaborate with management to define action plans that drive efficiencies and reduce identified risks
• Develop audit reports and monitor the implementation status of agreed-upon actions
• Participate in ad-hoc consulting and investigative projects
• Assist in the development of scheduled audit plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal or external audit
• Proficient working knowledge of English for business environments
• Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications such as MBA, CWA, or CIA
• Prior experience in the freight forwarding industry
