About the Company

Blue Energy’s mission is to unlock energy abundance, energy affordability, energy security, and turn-key decarbonization by developing the fastest path to deploying new nuclear MWs at scale. We are utilizing shipyard manufacturing supply chains and techniques from offshore oil and wind to reduce the cost of nuclear plants.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams
• Support and maintain secure digital infrastructure environments and Azure cloud environments
• Build virtual machines, virtual desktop environments, and secure remote access solutions
• Maintain endpoint compliance, device lifecycle management, and identity/access governance
• Implement and improve cyber security posture, including Conditional Access policies and MFA enforcement
• Administer endpoint protection, Microsoft Defender tooling, and security monitoring platforms
• Assist with vulnerability remediation, incident response coordination, and disaster recovery planning
• Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and infrastructure standards

Requirements

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and SharePoint administration
• Experience supporting Azure environments and cloud-based infrastructure
• Experience managing endpoint security and device compliance
• Familiarity with virtual machines and virtualized environments
• Understanding of cyber security best practices including MFA and Conditional Access
• Strong troubleshooting and technical support capability
• Ability to document systems, processes, and technical configurations clearly
