About the role

Responsibilities

Helicopter Operations (May to October)

  • Safely operate the Airbus AS350 B3 (AStar) for executive travel within a 400-500 km radius of Montreal
  • Act as co-pilot alongside the company owner in a collaborative environment
  • Mentor and provide in-flight training to developing pilots
  • Perform pre- and post-flight inspections and coordinate maintenance
  • Manage flight plans, weather monitoring, and documentation per Transport Canada requirements
  • Maintain availability on-call 7 days a week during the summer season

Executive Chauffeur (November to April)

  • Provide professional and discreet transportation for senior management and owners
  • Drive company vehicles safely in compliance with Quebec road laws
  • Manage schedules, trip planning, and executive travel logistics
  • Ensure cleanliness and operational readiness of assigned vehicles

Requirements

  • Valid Transport Canada Commercial Pilot License - Helicopter (CPL-H) or ATPL-H
  • Extensive experience on Airbus AS350 B3 (AStar) with type rating
  • Valid Transport Canada Category 1 medical certificate
  • Minimum 3,000 helicopter flight hours (including 1,500 turbine hours)
  • Minimum 100 hours on the required type and model
  • Valid Quebec Driver's License (Class 5 minimum) with an excellent driving record
  • Proficiency in English; French is a significant asset

Preferred Qualifications

  • IFR qualification or instrument flight experience
  • Long-distance navigation experience in Quebec and Eastern Canada airspace
  • Previous experience in VIP or executive environments requiring high discretion
  • Strong knowledge of Montreal airspace and regional geography
