Corporate Governance Research Analyst

Responsibilities

• Deliver corporate governance analysis, research, and voting recommendations to institutional shareholder clients.
• Support clients during the high-tempo proxy voting season by providing guidance on equity issuances, M&As, board elections, and executive compensation.
• Analyze governance structures and performance of publicly listed companies in the Nordics.
• Gather and process publicly available data from listed companies to prepare detailed research reports.
• Conduct analytical research outside of the proxy season to optimize processes and expand expertise in ESG and capital markets.

Requirements

• Fluent in English (both spoken and written).
• Native or near-native proficiency in at least one of the following: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Law, or Political Sciences (or currently in the process of obtaining one).
• Strong analytical, numeracy, and logical reasoning skills.
• Ability to assimilate large quantities of information and work both independently and as part of a team.
• A genuine interest in ESG, capital markets, and business.
