Corporate Governance Executive

Responsibilities

• Drive the full lifecycle of Board proceedings, including preparing agendas, Board Packs, resolutions, and meeting minutes.
• Prepare, organize, and file statutory documents and reports, ensuring post-meeting compliance.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including Minutes, Directors, and Shareholders registers.
• Provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the Corporate Governance and Compliance teams.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers regarding group company requests.
• Supervise team members through regular reviews and facilitate professional growth via knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Conduct screening escalations and review risk assessments.
• Lead specific corporate governance and regulatory compliance projects.
• Utilize and suggest AI tools to enhance document management and scheduling efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in office administration or a similar support role.
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software/AI tools.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities across different jurisdictions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish is preferred to support regular interaction with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.
