Corporate Governance Analyst

Responsibilities

• Inspect publicly disclosed documents of listed companies to extract executive compensation data
• Perform analyses on executive remuneration and pay practices for assigned markets
• Review annual reports and remuneration reports to assess incentive structures and governance alignment
• Apply internal methodologies to ensure high-quality, standardized data delivery
• Use Excel-based templates and data systems to input and validate compensation information
• Summarize complex disclosures into concise, structured data points
• Support coverage of the French market and potentially Benelux and MENA-related companies
• Operate in a deadline-driven environment, particularly during the proxy season

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French (both spoken and written); Arabic is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or Law
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, research, and data collection skills
• High attention to detail and an organized, structured mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of an international team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in research, accounting, compensation/rewards, governance, or legal work
• Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy under time pressure
• Experience working with structured methodologies
