Corporate Finance Sr Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the company’s financial debt portfolio
• Ensure compliance with contractual, financial, and regulatory obligations related to financing agreements
• Coordinate and oversee payments associated with financings and related services
• Prepare and provide financial information to financial institutions and internal/external stakeholders
• Address compliance requirements and KYC (Know Your Customer) processes
• Support the structuring, negotiation, and execution of new financing transactions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–6 years of experience in corporate finance, debt management, or related financial functions
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the aviation industry, financial institutions, or banking
• Knowledge of SAP
