Corporate Finance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain free cash flow, leverage, and net finance cost models to support annual and long-range plans
• Manage Haleon’s debt capital structure, funding strategy, and liquidity risk
• Support the negotiation and update of external funding facilities, including Revolving Credit Facilities and EMTN programmes
• Prepare CFO board reports, external results presentations, and materials for the Treasury Risk Committee
• Manage day-to-day engagement with credit rating agencies and maintain internal credit rating models
• Execute share buyback strategies and manage project timelines for buybacks
• Track debt investor engagement and prepare meeting materials and responses to information requests
• Monitor global relationship bank performance and manage long-term banking strategy

Requirements

• University graduate
• Professional finance or treasury qualification (e.g., ACA, CIMA, or AMCT)
• Experience in a multi-national treasury environment
• Advanced financial modelling skills with the ability to build complex forecasting models
• Strong understanding of financial markets, specifically debt instruments and bank financing
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and presenting to senior leaders
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
