Corporate Finance (IT Services) Internship

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of pitch books and other client materials
• Conduct comprehensive market, industry, and company analyses
• Gain hands-on experience in financial modeling and valuation analyses
• Develop deep sector expertise within the IT Services industry
• Support due diligence processes for both buy-side and sell-side transactions
• Work as an integral part of a project team on live M&A transactions

Requirements

• Currently in the penultimate or final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program
• Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field with an outstanding academic record
• Fluency in both German and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Prior internship experience in M&A advisory or a closely related area
• Solid understanding of valuation theory, methodologies, and practical applications
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with high attention to detail
• Availability for a full 3-month period in Q1 2027
